Each product information page contains the following:
1) Product Image – Find out what the item looks like
2) Product Description / Background Information – Discover special features and the story behind the product.
3) Item Availability – Find out if we have it in stock. We have three statuses:
Available - the product will usually be shipped within 7 days.
Limited Availability - the product will usually be shipped within 14 days.
Out of Stock - the product isn't available for the time being.
4) Add to Shopping Cart button – Collect items, you can review them later on.

MANAGE SHOPPING CART:
Each user is given a Shopping Cart used to collect items before placing an order. When you review the products you have collected, you can delete items and save those you want to purchase. When you are satisfied with the items in your Shopping Cart, you are ready to place an order.

PLACE AN ORDER:
Simply click on the “Place Order” button and fill up the form. Here, the following information is required:
• Billing Information
• Shipping Information
• Payment Method

PAY FOR PURCHASES:
Vespismo.com will give you further instructions for payment based on your preferred method.

PAYMENT BY USING A CREDIT CARD

- If paying by using a credit card, the data shall be sent through a secure server. SunnyWatches shall request authorisation from the card issuer for the credit card.
- If paying by using a credit card, the buyer must provide a copy of a valid identity card and credit card at the first request of SunnyWatches. SunnyWatches shall be entitled to demand from the buyer that said buyer use a different payment method than the one that has been selected.
- Credit card payments will debited by www.SunnyWatches.com.
- All payments will be taken in Euros.

PAYMENT BY BANK

You can transfer the money to our bank account. You just have to select this option (bank transfer) and complete your order. We send you a confirmation of your order by email. In this confirmation you will find our bank details and your order confirmation.

Vespismo Webshop Shipping Policy

We ship internationally with similar Express Couriers like DHL and FedEx.

Regarding availability:

Under Availability we show whether the item in question is in stock, and how many days we will require to deliver it to the post/courier company.

Offering in stock will usually ship within 7 business days. The typical timeframe for backordered items is 14 days.
EU and USA customers do not have to pay for custom duties. EU price includes 19% VAT. For all other countries, we ship with a pro forma invoice, sample without commercial value, item not for resale, for personal use, $10,- value for custom clearence only. Please Inquire to learn more.

Everything purchased from us come with their original case (hard or soft, depending on the product) and all the documentation from Vespismo.

All the items are well packed to avoid damages during the shipment.
International orders may be subject to customs, duties, broker fees, and associated assessments. Please inquire with your local customs office. These fees may include import duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), and customs clearance fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping charge by Vespismo does not include any of these fees.

Please be aware that customers are liable for return shipping costs on packages that are sent back to us due to unexpected customs fees. Vespismo has no control over these fees whatsoever, nor do we have any way to predict what these fees will be.

Vespismo Webshop Return Policy

We want to make sure that you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase at Vespismo. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED article of merchandise within seven (7) business days from the date of delivery. Vespismo offers no exchange before receiving the article, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The article you wish to return:
•    can be sent back to us only after you have received you ‘return for inspection number'(RFI) that must be requested by sending an e-mail to online@Vespismo.com ;
•    must be unused, unworn and not damaged: all merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits;
•    must be returned complete of all of its parts and accessories;
•    must be sent in its original packaging;
•    must be received by Vespismo within 20 business days from the date of delivery.
If all of the above mentioned conditions are satisfied, we will return your order value.
We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by Vespismo.
If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day period, Vespismo will be entitled to dispose of such merchandise in its sole discretion.
Refunds are processed within thirty (30) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the day of return depending on the refund policy of the credit card used.
